Just a quick email to say thank you for installing the new heating system within Level 4.

A special thank you is required to the two installers Dean and Alan who I can honestly say have been not bothered at all.

The feedback I have received from my colleagues is that they have both worked extremely hard and more importantly for myself, they have worked taking into consideration the safety of themselves and others.

Dean and Alan are a good example of how things should be!

It has indeed been a pleasure to have them both on our site over the past few months.

I first met Dean Holden in 2010 when he was awarded the contract to install a new heating system at Farrel Limited in Rochdale. Farrel  Limited (Part of HF Mixing Group mixing@hf-group.com )is a well-established Engineering Business and supplies the major Tyre Manufacturers with mixing machines.  This project value was £250,000 and area covered in the workshops was 11 acres.

Dean (who worked with his father) as a two-man team, installed a completely new gas heating system which replaced steam generating boilers. They were on site for six months and delivered the installation which involved pipe fitting up to 4” pipes, hanging radiant/tube heaters and testing/commissioning. The work was delivered professionally and flexibility, as working alongside the production operation and not causing disruption, was a key requirement. During the installation, Dean developed good working relations with shop-floor staff and was able to negotiate access to working areas without issues being elevated to management. On a long and difficult job, this aided completion of a successful project. As the old heating system was decommissioned in Spring there was a natural deadline of October 2010. I can confirm that Dean handed over in mid-October bang on schedule.

Dean is an annual visitor to Farrel for the service in July. He is given a two-week window to service 100 individual heaters and always delivers in the same manner as the original installation.

I have no hesitation in recommending Dean and his work. He works to high standards, he has a pleasant nature and tries to find solutions not problems and he delivers to deadlines set.

Dean Holden and his team recently installed plaque heaters and tube heaters in our facility, at the Flint site. They removed and disposed of the old heaters then fully kitted us out with new ones, as always brilliant workmanship, professional service and they were finished in just three days!

All 60 of our sites are serviced annually by Dean Holden and we have been using the business for over 25 years. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and quality service.

We previously had blow heaters in our facility which were not economical at all. Dean Holden and his team fitted a brand-new heating installation for us.

I can’t fault them at all, they worked from concept to completion on a 4-week project installing 9x 40KW D-tubes, 3x 20KW D tubes, 1x 30KW plaque with work on gas mains and electrical. For us it was a clear choice, we don’t want to employ several different companies for one job!

With electrical engineers and gas certified engineers all within the same company, it means we have the reassurance the work is completed to an exceptionally high standard.
